WSDOT will intermittently close a mile of the tolled lanes on northbound I-405 between Bellevue and Lynwood between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. nightly starting Oct. 12 and ending Oct. 16.
The Northeast 10th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. starting Oct. 9 to Oct. 10.
